Since William is based in Far North Queensland, he is primarily available for events in Cairns, Port Douglas, and Palm Cove. For select engagements, he is also able to travel to destinations such as the Whitsunday Islands and other parts of the Great Barrier Reef region. Each engagement is considered individually, with travel logistics coordinated during consultation. However, if the setting aligns with the tone and intention of the performance, distance is no barrier.

All performance fees are tailored based on the location, duration, and nature of the engagement. After a personal consultation with William, a quote will be provided to you or your event management team.

Almost none. For the roaming performances, they are completely self-contained and require no stage, lighting, or technological setup. For William’s signature style of performance at the card table, all that’s required is exactly that—a table. He will take care of everything else.

Every event is different, but most performances are crafted to unfold naturally over 45 to 60 minutes. This allows time for meaningful interactions, without overstaying the welcome or interrupting the flow of the event. The goal is to integrate seamlessly into your experience—not to disrupt or dominate it. Depending on the specifics of your event, William’s attendance time can be discussed further throughout the consultation. 

Yes—through plated service. Performing around food and busy waitstaff is always problematic and is not preferred for the benefit of minimising disruption to the guests of your event.

And as a professional boundary, William does not accept engagements where excessive alcohol and drug consumption forms the core of the event’s environment.
